There was a Chinese model TP-120600 AC/DC adapter for 50/60Hz AC100-240V at 1.5A max to deliver 12V/6A to the device; a two-prong power cord with figure-8 plug; a pair of RCA interconnects; a 6.3mm to 3.5mm adapter; a hex key; the upgrade opamps in their own little plastic cases; and a 5-year warranty card. The adapter makes a good size reference for the V6 parts.
