Alternate nuts theories? Since Green Harmonia also promote products for wellbeing, what if their treatment interacts not primarily with the music signal but with us like a Schumann resonator or ionizer? Subjective listening isn't about inanimate microphones and oscilloscopes. Individual perception is the theatre of operations wherein we make such observations. We can't categorically unpack whether our listening experience improves because our wellbeing improves (for example if our exposure to WiFi reduces when we're sensitive to that); because signal purity is higher; or whether it's a mixture of both. In subjective reviewing that is always so but particularly pertinent perhaps with today's kind of product. If you find this strange, consider the Daniel Hertz C-Wave processor and Mark Levinson's attempts to correlate its effects on the listening experience with medical measurements. Those purport to show physiological changes in listeners. When they hear standard PCM, stress markers in their bodies are far higher than when they hear PCM processed with C-Wave. Sven Boenicke has related anecdotal observations about his AIO's 432Hz tuning. When demoing the same music at the standard 440Hz pitch then down-pitched to 432Hz, he sees people having far more emotional responses. It'd be one thing if this were exclusive to him. It's another when this repeats with other people who he says often break out in tears because suddenly music plays far deeper on their emotions.

All this by way of spelling out the obvious: the one having the experience is as much part of it as the equipment prompting it. Since we can easily change the equipment and sound to affect the experience, we can also change the one having the experience by means other than hifi. Having a glass of wine or two certainly alters our blood chemistry and brain functioning. Being relaxed and happy versus stressed and worried modifies our listening experience. Sitting in a cosy or uncomfortable chair does. If we don't stop there but ask what else might influence our playback experience and how we could deliberately "tune ourselves" to maximize it, what might we discover? Back on imprinting or energizing physical objects, who still remembers pyramid power and its various experiments whereby people would place sundry objects inside a miniaturized geometrical likeness of the Great Pyramid of Giza? They reported razor blades which held their edge longer, fruit which didn't spoil as quickly and much more. There are cryogenics initially ridiculed but today well understood and widely practiced. Amorphous alloys are cooled down so rapidly that molecular crystal formations can't set. Discoveries and our understanding about certain phenomena don't stand still. They evolve. That seems like an excellent juncture to skip the theorizing and get ears on. But first, two questions for Sven. 1/ When Oak and Maple are both harder than Cherry; and when you're warning against overtightening spades on heavy cables – why not use a wood harder than Cherry? 2/ When Green Harmonia can apparently imprint all manner of objects, why not treat WBT's original nuts which wouldn't carry an overtightening warning? Does the Cherry wood add something that the original WBT nuts exposed to the same Green Harmonia treatment¹ would not?

"Aron still can't 'imprint' the same photonic information into plastic as he can do for wood. Plus I believe there's a vibrational therefore selective filtering aspect to a wood like Cherry as also seen in many Harmonix products. A  phono cartridge in plastic wouldn't sound as good as wood. As for not overtightening, the mechanical bottleneck is not the actual thread but the glue which connects the 3D-printed threaded polymer insert to the wooden body. Even very good glues don't have extreme adhesion in the way that some audiophiles torque down their heavy-duty metal posts onto bulky anaconda-style cables with spades."

¹ Another Boenicke accessory with Green Harmonia treatment is the H.T.S, a slab of solid Ash roughly the size of two matchboxes terminated with a power plug, RCA, XLR or RJ45 via LessLoss pigtail. H.T.S. is short for Harmonia Transfer Solution. This accessory is described as a passive UHF filter "with hand-tuned air coil, hexagonal carbon filter, particle compound for resonance control and field optimization, carbon-based contact enhancer, programmed Poplar reed, 3-point coupling via felt absorber". The power version includes "IEGO plugs with in-house developed staff resonators of copper and Birch on the live and neutral legs". Other brands with related products are Bybee, Combak/Reimyo and SteinMusic whilst Ansuz and Nordost have their own terminations for various open sockets and ports.

For more Green Harmonia background: "Photon radiation refers to electromagnetic radiation in the form of photons, the elementary particles of light. Photons are quantized energy packages with both wave and particle properties. This radiation arises when atoms or molecules record then release this energy by way of photons. Photon radiation extends over the entire electromagnetic spectrum from radio and microwaves via infrared and visible light up to ultraviolet, X-ray and gamma rays. Every area of the spectrum has different properties and applications. Photons carry energy and have a frequency and wavelength linked to it. The higher the frequency, the higher the energy of the photons. The energy is quantized so occurs only in certain discrete values in accordance with the principles of Quantum mechanics. Photons are created for example by the transition of electrons between energy states in an atom, thermal processes or through others energy-generating processes. Coherent fields describe a state in which the vibrations or waves of several particles or fields connect to each other in fixed phase. In a coherent field vibrations synchronize, which leads to reinforcement and thus higher efficiency which can lead to the transfer of energy or information. In the physical context especially in optics, coherent refers to the temporal or spatial uniformity of waves. When waves are coherent, they exhibit a fixed phase relationship. The waves synchronize and their peaks and valleys coincide. This state of coherence is important for phenomena such as interference and the formation of clear stable interference patterns. In general language, coherent refers to a clear, logical and sensible connection or structure of thoughts, arguments or ideas. If a statement or text is considered coherent, the different parts connect logically and form a meaningful whole. Coherent communication facilitates understanding and promotes smooth flow of information. In both cases the term coherent stands for a certain uniformity and order, be it in the phase relationship of waves or in the logical linking of information.

The power module is NuPrime-based class D with linear not switching power supply.

"Resonance effects occur when a system reacts to an external suggestion with a frequency which matches its natural frequency. This agreement leads to one reinforced vibration amplitude or resonance. In Physics, response to the reinforcement of vibrations occurs when the frequency of a stimulating external signal matches the natural frequency of a system. In a metaphorical sense, resonance with nature could point at a certain energy or vibration in a system which corresponds to natural resonance phenomena in physics. In the philosophical context, resonance could point at a person or system in harmony with nature. This could mean that the actions, beliefs or energy sources are in accordance with the principles or laws of nature to generate a feeling of balance and harmony. The order in materials refers to the regular arrangement of atoms, molecules or crystals. An organized material shows a clear structure on different scales, from the nuclear level to the macroscopic level. Crystalline structures are one example of highly ordered arrangements in materials. This includes the precise alignment of atoms, molecules and crystal structures which also takes the geometric arrangement and the interactions between the components into account. Technologies such as photon radiation and coherent fields can influence and improve this order. Higher order leads to improved material properties like increased strength, durability and functionality.

"Harmony describes a state of balance, unity or the pleasant collection of elements. In scientific contexts, harmony implies the smooth interaction of processes, systems or components leading to a stable efficient overall result. Synergy describes the phenomenon in which the common interaction of different elements leads to an overall result that is larger or more effective than the sum of the individual contributions. Autonomous refers to the fact that a system or an entity has the ability to act independently without constant external control or interference.

"Storage ability refers to how well a system or material can store energy for a certain period of time. In computer science this can be the capacity of memory while in other contexts it is the ability to store energy or data. The deepening of silence can expand the audible frequency spectrum. In music it can improve the sound of instruments or recordings. Is it possible to change the energy levels of atoms? Yes, this often happens in scientific experiments or technological applications. For example, lasers can be used to shift electrons to higher energy levels. This can cause the atom to absorb light and then emit it when the electrons return to their original levels. By using electron shock techniques, electrons in an atom can be lifted to higher energy levels through collisions. Creation of electrical or magnetic fields can influence the energy levels of electrons without ionizing or chemically altering the atoms. Environmental changes like temperature or pressure can influence the energy state of atoms without necessarily causing a chemical reaction or modification to their structure."
