Blacked out – Unison Research adds to their Black Edition with the Triode 25 [€4'299] and Simply Italy [€3'349] models. They change the appearance to high-gloss lacquered fascias and dark-anodized chassis with a new graphic design. Power went up, distortion down. The Triode 25 now does 30/50wpc in triode/pentode. The 10wpc Simply Italy introduces an electronic bias controller which eliminates the original auto-bias circuit; and new output transformers.
