Happy takeover – As of 01.01.24, HMS Elektronik of Germany will be part of the International Audio Holding group which includes brands Siltech and Crystal Cable. Hans-Manfred Strassner as HMS founder and chief engineer remains involved as consultant whilst the Dutch consortium takes on manufacture and sales of HMS cables and AC products. HSM will continue to be an independent brand "to keep its unique product philosophy and brand character." It's why this is a very happy not hostile takeover indeed.
