Tuscan titillations – From Gold Note comes the new CD-1000 MkII Deluxe DSD which atop the precursor adds a USB-B input to accept not just 32/384 PCM but also DSD256. The onboard converter is a BurrBrown PCM 1792A, the transport a StreamUnlimited. Also new from this stable is the PSU-5, an inductively filtered upgrade power supply for the compact PH-5 phono stage.
