Headphones that don't suck – It's Dyson's new OnTrac [$499], a 40mm 16Ω active circumaural dynamic with noise cancellation of a claimed 40dB via 8 microphones and 384kHz sampling, 6Hz – 21kHz bandwidth and 55-hour battery life from two lithium-ion cells in the headband. Four core colour ways plus interchangeable end caps and ear cushions provide endless accessorizing options. The included app shows playback volume, ANC tracking and embeds three custom EQ curves. There's also wear detect to pause playback when taken off the head; joystick control; and twin microphones dedicated to phone calls.
