Bass buster – Ascendo's new SV-12 subwoofer [€990] breathes deeply through two massive frontal ports whilst 'round back there are LFE i/o on XLR and RCA plus standard stereo RCA inputs, volume, low pass, phase and auto-on controls. The 12" sandwich-membrane woofer with beefy rubber roll surround sees 500 watts of class D packed into a braced HDF cab. The low pass is variable from 40-150Hz, dimensions are 40x48x40cm WxHxD and weight is 22kg.
