Fenris wolf pack – Argon Audio's new 3-deep Fenris range of active speakers borrows the name from Norse mythology and consists of the A4 [€329] and A5 [€399] monitors plus A55 towers [€649]. For all the left speaker contains 4-channel class D 150-watt combined electronics with MM phono, line-level, Toslink and HDMI ARC inputs plus a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver. Volume control is by rear knob or remote control. There's even a variable pre-out for subwoofer addition. The numbers in the model names reflect mid/woofer diameters in inches, the tweeter is always a 0.75" soft dome. -3dB bass reach lists as 52, 47 and 38Hz with ascending size. Available trim is black, white or ash, the grills attach magnetically. A 3-meter speaker cable for between the two channels is included.
