Hello Srajan, I saw your answer to Michael, about the Chorus amps and your Kinki amps. Do I correctly take away that the LAiV amps won't be returning to China? I'm just trying to keep up with your growing inventory. Best, Frank
You and me too; about keeping up with my inventory. And yes, I bought my review samples because some speakers simply perform better on class D. I just had to find an example whose sound I really liked; and which I could afford. As my review stated, my in-house class D amps either do subwoofer duty or gather dust. With my Chorus pair I can now test speakers which clearly perk up on high-current low-impedance fast-recovery drive without having to recommend a €15K GaNFet variant. And whilst the Choruses are not needed for work, I get to enjoy them in my smaller upstairs system. Usually my LAiV loaners move on to Christiaan Punter in Holland for his opinions but he already has his own black review pair of Choruses. That made my decision even easier; not that I needed an excuse. Srajan
