Hello Srajan, I just came across the review of a very interesting Polish DAC. The thing I can't figure out is the power supply; and how the 300B or alternate tubes couple to the outputs. There seems to be no room for a linear power transformer so it must be a switching supply. There don't seem to be classic output transformers either. This makes me wonder whether this could be a rare direct-coupled circuit like your Vinnie Rossi? I appreciate that you've not reviewed this DAC but perhaps you have some insights anyways? I took a look and quickly scanned the writing. Like you I can't find details to your questions which is quite an oversight by the reviewer. You could be correct about the SMPS whilst the DHT are likely capacitor-coupled since if they weren't, you'd expect the maker to highlight this as a very rare very attractive feature which Marek Dyba would certainly have picked up on then. I agree that it looks like an interesting product. But like you, I can only speculate. Sorry for that. If one of our readers knows more, perhaps they can contact me. I'd then post it here. Srajan
