Hi Srajan, I just read the Aequo Audio Ensium review on Hifi Advice you said was coming in your feature on their new models. From Christiaan's comments and the speakers he compared them to, it really does sound like that Aequo's new cabinet technology has the potential to be a gamechanger. I understand why you couldn't review them but do you think there could be a smaller lighter model coming that might be manageable for you? I would really love to hear your thoughts on this new material. Thank you, James
I'm told that in 2-3 years, there might indeed be a smaller Diluvite model. First of course the company has to catch up on the extensive backlog the delayed release of these first two models has created; and probably recuperate some of the investments made during the multi-year R&D process and moving into then building out the new production facility. I'm thus unsure whether the mentioned time frame is just a hopeful expression that a more compact lighter model would be nice to have; or anything realistic. Clearly it won't be anytime soon. Srajan
