Review component retail: varies on model execution

Forget the leetle grey cells on the Orient Express. No murder by the dozen today even though some micro resonances will expire. This comes from how easily the Nano isolator from Carbide Audio—a single ball-bearing affair—replaces the stock couplers of the Exoteryc rack from Spain's Artesanía Audio. All it takes is the right thread adapter. Et voilà, now my Sonnet Pasithea DAC and direct-coupled WE 300B in Vinnie Rossi's L2 Signature see even fewer vibrations to tickle tubular microphonics or fussy digital circuitry.

Okay, so the entertainment value of this eludes the average Agatha Christie fan, even most Stereo Bible thumpers. Hence Stowaway on the Dweeb Express. It's OG so overly geeky yet works a treat. If it solves a noise problem for one aural pilgrim or inspires similar ideas, job done. To kick up the sex appeal, call it a resonance-attenuating fling between two successful brands in this sector so entirely unauthorized. No harm, no foul. Happy New Year!
