Melody manufactures its own power and output transformers and, as of late, also interstage transformers which appear in the new Gen II products and will also feature prominently in the new export line.

Flying leads are precut and pre terminated just as the equivalent sub assemblies are upstairs.

Baking occurs over 48 hours.
