I am extremely grateful to your publication and all its staff members who have expressed an interest in Red Wine Audio and who have taken the time to write reviews, "behind the scenes" articles such as this one, show coverage etc.

I know you have just released the Isabella preamp but do you already have any ideas for future products?

Vinnie: In early August we will be releasing the Isabellina. This will be a stand-alone DAC unit that uses the exact DAC module that we offer as an option in our Isabella. It will have the same three switchable digital inputs (USB, coax and optical), will feature the same style enclosure, SLA battery power, SMART module etc. It will sell for less than half of the price of the Isabella when that is purchased with the Isabellina DAC module option installed.

We are also releasing our Red Wine Audio interconnects and speaker cables. These have been designed to have the ultimate synergy with our products and to maximize their performance. We will not be offering different models of interconnects and speakers cables... there will simply be one interconnect model and one speaker cable model (different lengths will be available). We have been listening to different cable designs (different conductors, arrangements of conductors, insulators, plugs etc.) for over a year now and have finally found what sounds the best with our equipment and we're really excited to finally be able to offer this!

A truly amazing-sounding portable headphone amplifier design is also in the works (but has been on the back burner since earlier this year due to the Isabella/Isabellina launches) and will hopefully be in production later this year.
