Thank you, Roland. Indeed, it's a risky decision. One could die on the operating table or wake up diminished in some form. For some the decision to live out one's natural time without hi-tech but also high-risk medical intervention could be preferable. How much do we have left to give and complete? Or do we feel at peace to just let nature take its course? In the end it's up to each individual. We as their partners must simply stand by their preference. Srajan
