The Cultural Village's arena hosts a 'Barbarian Hordes' spectacle against a heroic soundtrack to celebrate Genghis Khan, with young men on horseback chasing around with fluttering flags, dull swords and the more athletic amongst them even demonstrating advanced evasive maneuvers by climbing around the galloping horse without falling off. There's a Quan Yin temple where devotees can pay homage with burning incense. There are specialty vendors of scissor-cut paper art, textiles, carvings, silk painting and more. Acrobats. Opera. It's entertainment and education combined.
