Post inside/outside former/whizzer layup, prep for secondary cone epoxy layup. Epoxy layup of secondary cone. Visible is the inside/outside fillet bonding of the Kapton/paper former and paper whizzer. The pre-impregnated lower secondary cone (large cone) and the application of epoxy spokes to improve cone propagation velocity. Showing prepreg of secondary cone as well as the post layup epoxy spokes extending down to the former. Also shows paper/Kapton former, voice coil and spider. Post epoxy layup. Pre final finish.
